Workplace Massage is a form of massage that takes place in a specially designed chair with the client leaning forward onto supportive rests for the face, arms and body. The therapist works through light clothing, massaging the muscles of the back, shoulders, neck, arms and scalp.
This 10 minute massage helps to revive and revitalise the client, assisting to increase blood flow to the upper body and ease tight muscles that lead to headaches, poor concentration, fatigue and general aches and pains.

What You Need to Know
While each massage lasts for approximately 10 minutes, the process of cleaning the chair, adjusting the settings to clients comfort and speaking to each client means that four clients will receive a massage per hour.
The massage therapist will require a small space in which to set up the chair and work (at least 1.5 m x 2m).
Half day bookings also include a 1 Gift Certificate for a 30 minute massage at our clinic in the Body Balance Centre, either for the organiser, boss or as a lucky draw for clients/staff.
Full Day bookings also include a 1 Hour Gift Certificate for either Aah Relax Clinic or Aah Relax Mobile Massage.
